At TuboTulum Property we have respected the environment and we left most trees, integrating tube rooms in the landscape
But they also have common area with kitchen, wifi, and common area for rest and relaxation.
Our location is ideal. Located on the road leading to the beach, we are the village property closer to the beach. Opposite the property runs a bike path that takes you directly to the beach. And five minutes from a large supermarket to buy what you need.
Please note:
Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 13:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Reception is open form 7am to 11 pm.
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes included.
Breakfast included.
No curfew.
NOTE : Our opening reception is from 7 am to 11 pm . If for any reason they will not get in this time send an email , but we can not guarantee the reception outside these times

Loved this hostel, it is has nice hang out spots and everything you need in the kitchen. It is also super clean and the showers have good pressure and hot water. The staff were super nice and always up for a chat with a lot of recommendations

Had a great time! The vibes and facilities of the hostel are great, the staff is very friendly and the location is about halfway between the beach and the town - maybe a 20/30 minute walk from either or a 10 minute bike ride (and you can rent a bike for 100 pesos for the day)

Very chilled laid back place. Not very busy when we went and so only stayed a night. Lots of hammocks and owners pets so if your looking for that then this is the place.
Breakfast included was very basic but did the trick! Toast and some cereal with coffee.
Near a local supermarket and only a short cycle to the beach & Mayan ruins, you can rent bikes from the hostel.
