A fantastic location with great kitchen facilities. However this hostel has a really strange, unwelcoming vibe. The $10 deposit for towels, no toilet rolls in the shared bathrooms (rather a single dispenser bolted to the wall), and the list of petty reasons you can be fined $10 for various infractions, made us feel like they saw guests as a burden/not to be trusted. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls are super thin, guaranteeing a poor night’s sleep. The ladies showers were cold every day.

First of all the receptionist was verge on being rude. up on arrival I was happened to be wet all over, and receptionist didn’t let me take the room before my partner came with photos of the passports. Shared rooms beds are old there for they are constantly rocking and making sounds during the night, which makes it impossible to sleep without a break. The breakfast is good considering the price. The shower has a decent hot water pressure. Internet connection is not stable and slow at rooms. Kitchen is not
