We had a great time staying at Vinicius et mita. The hostess - Adriana - was very friendly, she gave good suggestions for restaurants, about transport in the city, and was happy to store our luggage as we arrived well and truly before check-in time.
The bed was comfortable and the room, and bathroom were clean.
The location is a little far from the “main sights†of Rome, but you aren’t far from a metro, and other places locally are a bit cheaper than in the centre. Would definitely recommend!

Property well located to Metro, restaurants, Cafe's
Owners, staff very helpful.
Only problem is if one has early morning flights trains stops at 1am.

It is not a B&B as breakfast is not included. Wifi didn't work. You have to be super quiet around, its like a family house.
I wouldn't reserve again.
