Prem`s Home stay is located in the heart of Fort Cochin & at a walkable distance to all the main attractions including the St.Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, the Chinese Fishing nets, Mattancherry Palace and the Jewish quarter (Jew Town).We have rooms with & without A/C. All rooms are bath attached. This hotel features Homely Food on demand, laundry facilities and a 24-hour front desk. WiFi is free. Additionally, tour/ticket assistance. Other amenities available to guests include room service (during limited hours), ceiling fans and showers.
1. Check-in time starts at 12:00 PM
2. Check-out time starts at 11:00 AM

Decent place, decent price, but rooms are full of mosquitos. I could hardly sleep bc of the constant biting. And they told us they could do laundry at a good price, but the laundry bill somehow wound up being 1,000 rupees... it was one load of laundry... then on the last night the fourth member of our party arrived late, and we were leaving very early - Prem wouldn't let him stay in the room despite it being a 4 person room with only 3 guests and fully paid up... forced him to pay 500 rupees xtr
