I checked-in around 6pm. And one of the stuff said the bed wasnt cleaned yet. So I said it’s okay I’ll come back after dinner. The reception guy confidently said: you’re lucky I’ll give you new sheets. I thought he meant brand new bedsheet and why not? 1 min later and he passed me a bag of old (washed I believe) linen and asked me make my own bed :) this is what you should expect and get.

There’s no receptionist, I was sent an invoice that differed from the original amount (no one explained to me what that was about), it was about 28 degrees (no window) in the female dorm. The staff was kind and tried to help but it seemed like they had no idea or authority over most matters. It felt like it was always messy and loud in the shared space, even though there was a cleaner everyday - I think the other guests might have been messy. Disappointing stay /:
