Casa Lucia Guatape Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 20:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash and Paypal (USD).

Rules of coexistence in our house:

- The use of speakers or speakers is prohibited within the property. It is a norm that applies to the area, for a healthy coexistence with the neighbors

- You can't smoke inside the rooms or social areas. You can smoke cigarettes outside the house in the gardens and open areas.

- Pets are not allowed. We have pets in the accommodation, they are friendly with people, but not so much with unknown pets. Our pets do not enter the apartment or the guest rooms.

- Entry or accommodation of minors without their parents is not allowed. Law for the protection of minors against exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism with children and adolescents. Law 1336 of 2009.

- We do not have Late checkout

In case of arriving after 8 p.m. please advise in time.
If you arrive to receive the room after 12 at night and are notified, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the money paid will not be refunded.
