I get back to my room to find an intruder on my bed at 3am. I asked the front desk who this man was/how he got in because I assumed he stumbled into the wrong bunk, but no, this was a complete stranger. I tried to find a new room/upgrade but they said there was nothing that they could do expect change our sheets. I agreed to the new sheets since its 330 am now. The front desk then hands me the sheets and cover and says I must change it myself bc housekeeping was asleep. I didn’t have a pillow

I've stayed at Freehand 5 or 6 times. It's a great value: nice pool, helpful professional staff, and a three minute walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants, coffee shops on the next block. Price is right. Can't beat it !
