The entire guest services are concentrated on the essentials. We dispense of the unimportant such as a room telephone, room service, a minibar and the reception. The room rates generally only include the use of the room, public areas and WiFi. The guests decide which extras and services should be added to their stay. Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
