Staff really nice and friendly and the location is good with a big supermarket near by. Our room was really clean, had aircon and a tv and bed was super comfortable. Only negative though was that it was super expensive for what you get so we ended up cancelling after the first night and booking elsewhere. Not really much of a common area but you can sit out the front and socialise with the other backpackers so we were able to meet people that way :)

The staff was nice and helpful but the a few basic things were not in order. There were no shower curtains which left the bathrooms all soaked and eventually very dirty. The beds were quite poor and in the dorm I slept in, the air conditioning was hanging 10 cm above one of the beds, which made it impossible to turn it on (there was a person sleeping right under it). This meant that we had 30 degrees in the room at night. However, safety was good with lockers and a good neighbourhood.
