Tres Islas Hostel (TIH) is run by a family and is fairly new, opening its doors in October 2018. Since TIH is family owned, we treat our guests as one of ours! A part of our family! No matter which part of the globe you come from!
We encourage everyone to be a part of our small community and respect each other. We want your stay here in Siargao to be full of fond and unforgettable memories!
Tres Islas Hostel is situated in Catangnan, General Luna Siargao. It is 2 minutes drive to Cloud 9, (one of the biggest surfing spots in the island)! 5 minutes drive to the main area of General Luna where the shops, restaurants, market and port for island hopping are located. We have motorcycles for rent, we offer air-conditioned van transportation to and from the airport for your convenience.

1. Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 22:00.
3. Check out before 12:00 noon.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash only.
5. Reception working hours 06:00-22:00.
6. No age restriction.
7. Taxes included.
8. All our private rooms have free breakfast. Dorm rooms has an option to pay for breakfast or not. Dorm rate indicated is without breakfast.
9. No pets.

I feel this is a regular hostel, nothing more. I was disappointed since I was expecting more animation. You can still meet people in the common area :). The way they welcomed us was quite cold. Also, we booked this hostel with towels included, they didn’t give us towels. Make sure you get a scooter because it’s not in the center (they didn’t have scooter for us so don’t hesitate to book around)

My favourite hostel in Siargao! I extended my stay here twice. The staff are so friendly, the facilities are great and the price is really good too. I would recommend this to everyone

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms and facilities are clean and since it’s not on the main road, it’s much quieter and chill place to spend your nights if you want a good rest. They had a Christmas party whilst I was there for the guests and it was such a nice gathering with food and games. I had the good fortune to stay at the same time as the owner was visiting and all I can say is Mari is such a delight and a super friendly person. Thanks for making my stay even better!
