The Hosteller Jaipur, located in the heart of the pink city, is a vibrant backpacker hostel themed around a fusion of Rajasthani art & culture mixed with modern & smart design. With a close proximity to the train & bus station and within a 2 mile radius to all famous monuments in Jaipur, The Hosteller is easily accessible for all the travellers to explore the city.

The hostel boasts 14 well-furnished rooms totalling a capacity of 70 people and features comfortable living spaces (dorms as well as privates), sun deck cafe, stocked library and common areas. Themed around yellow & black colour, it is a much-welcomed addition to Jaipur's traditional pink architecture. It also offers a number of local activities to the travellers ranging from food & city walks to day trips to Pushkar & Agra. One can also meet backpackers from all around the world here and join them in hostel activities like the pub crawl, movie, karaoke nights and more.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES & HYGIENE POLICIES
1. We advise our guests to do a pre-arrival check-in to ensure contactless service. We shall be sending a pre-arrival check-in email to all the bookers.
2. Thermal checks, travel history, Aarogya setu app download, luggage & footwear sanitization shall be done on arrival.
3. Our staff is trained specially for post-Covid-19 hygiene & cleanliness measures to ensure your safety.
4. Cleanliness policy: 3 times per day (Clean, sanitize, repeat)
5. Timings of common spaces, kitchen, play area, etc. may be restricted to ensure 100% cleaning & social distancing measures as per management's discretion.
6. Our cafes are also sanitized 3 times a day to ensure servicing our guests with freshly prepared food.
7. Emergency measures: All our hostels shall have the provision of 1 dedicated emergency isolation room, oxygen supply & doctor on call.
8. Covid-19 sanitization kits are available at all hostels at an additional cost. It comprises of N95 mask, use & throws items like a mask (blue color), sanitizer sachet, head cap, foot cap, and gloves.
9. All guests are advised to be 100% compliant with GoI or state guidelines & documentations.
10. Rights to admission is reserved with the hostel management without any refund liability.
11. Guests are advised to strictly follow management guidelines & ensure social distancing at all costs.

The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travellers. As a brand, we do not recommend families and do not allow all those below 18 years of age to stay with us with the exception of Kasar Devi, Jim Corbett, Naukuchiatal, Ramgarh, Tirthan Valley, Kareri & Shoja. Please Note: Guests below the age of 18 are not allowed in the dorm rooms

Specific policies may apply to different hostels under the brand at specific times of the year and the same shall be communicated at the time of check-in.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time before the arrival date for the reservation confirmation, in case the guest fails to make the prepayment the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Payment modes accepted at our hostels: Cash, Debit card, Credit card and UPIs.

Room charges are exclusive of taxes. Taxes not included, for a room below 7500 INR per night, there will be 12% taxes applied; for a room over 7500 INR per night, there will be an extra 18% taxes fee applied.

The guest can avail of an extra mattress at the time of check-in. Extra mattress is subject to availability.

In case the traveller arrives earlier than the check-in time, the guest can hang out in the common area/cafe until check-in time. (However, if the guests are arriving as early as 5:30-6 AM, it is highly recommended to book a bed for the previous night to ensure a good night's sleep).

Late check-out can be available on prior request and is subject to availability.

Travellers can keep the luggage, post check out, at the hostel's cloakroom, in case of late departure from respective cities.

We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room in the case of 3 or 4 people travelling together. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability. That will strictly be subject to availability until the time of check-in.

We provide lockers in the dormitories only. Every bed has an attached locker for guests to keep their valuables. It is advised that you carry a lock for the locker if needed. However, availing a padlock from the reception will be subject to availability and at an additional cost. It is advised that you carry a lock.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hostel or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hostel, the hostel reserves the right to take action against the guest. Rest assured, proper investigations will be undertaken by the administration to ensure that the affair is dealt with in complete fairness.

Guests with local IDs will be allowed admission to our hostels except for Jodhpur, Mussoorie by The Stream Side, Shangarh, Chikmagalur, Fort Kochi, Coorg and Coorg Madikeri.

All cancellations, if informed 7 days prior to the check-in date, shall be eligible for a 100% refund. In case cancellations happen within 7 days of the check-in date, there wouldn’t be ANY refund and will attract 100% cancellation charges. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Non- Refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation at any time.

If the guest wishes to extend their stay at any hostel then availing a reservation will be subject to availability.

The room would be provided at the ongoing rates on the website and not as per the rates at which the previous booking was made.

Hostel management shall not be held responsible for any loss of luggage or personal belongings. Guests shall make sure not to leave their belongings unattended at all times.

Cafe timings and availability differ from one location to another, the guests can refer our official website for the same.

Cafe operations are seasonal, the same can be confirmed with the hostel reception at the time of check-in.

The Hostellers Unbox cafe serves eggitarian as well as vegetarian options.

Meals aren’t included in the room tariff and it can be availed on a-la-carte basis at our in-house cafes.

To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit we promote self service in all our cafes.

Guests can order & consume outside food in the designated dining areas and private rooms only.

Drugs/Substance/Alcohol abuse is STRICTLY prohibited at all our hostels. In case anyone is found possessing or consuming drugs/alcohol during their stay, strict action shall be taken against him/her and the person would be asked to vacate the hostel immediately and would be blacklisted from staying at our hostels forever.

All our hostels have dedicated smoking areas. Smoking inside the dorms is strictly prohibited.

The guest shall be deemed unfit to continue any further at any of our hostels in case of drug abuse, non-adherence of guest and booking policies, misbehavior (Physical/mental/verbal or in any kind), theft, personal hygiene, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment/delay in payment of dues, other guest inconveniences or any such unwarranted actions. In all such cases, the guest shall be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refunds.

Power backup is available only at selected locations and not at all The Hosteller properties.
