Definitely the worst Selina I've stayed in. Terrible customer service. Got put in a room with a broken heater so the room was boiling hot, after my partner went down 5 times to sort we finally got put in a cheaper / downgraded room. Which we were fine with but the effort to get it sorted and then get a refund on the price difference and zero compensation offered is pretty pathetic. They also charge you for topping up your water bottle and masquerade it as a "environment saving" initiative lol. Do yourself a

I’m not a big fun of Selina’s hostels, but I stayed here just for the kitchen (very few hostel in La Paz have it). I stayed in the dorm for 8 people and the room was very small. Bed was comfy and had curtains. One bathroom in the room that got dirty rather quickly. Kitchen is big but lacks of equipment. There are no small pans nor a cattle… I had to boil water for my coffe in a 10 liters pot. Common areas are nice and Wi-Fi is fast. Staff is very nice and helpful.
