The hostel wasn’t open or didn’t exist anymore and we had to spontaneously find a different place to
stay.

Booked two rooms here. The shower in one room didn’t work at all and the other only had cold water.

1. There was no one at reception when I arrived to check in. I rang the bell multiple times and waited for about half an hour before someone showed up.
2. The place where I stored my bag had no security. Anyone could have walked in off the street and taken it.
3. The shower curtain didn't reach the ground, so there was no way to use the shower without creating a pool of water in the bathroom.
4. The sheets were dirty to the point where I brushed crumbs off before getting in.
