No water refill in the reception, was told to go all the way to the top floor to fill up water which is just bad customer service. previous staff had filled up from the staff room for me. Normal lub d with the odd negative design flaws and no atmosphere but pretty good. Pool table, arcade machine etc very cheap and need maintenance.
