We are 400m from Sa pa town center. it is only 5 minutes walking from our place to the Bus stop.and 1 hour driving from Sa pa town to Lao cai train station.
All rooms with large window, Nice view, Hot shower,clean,free wifi. our Terrace Cafe is one of the most beautiful view in Sa pa, where you can find a real Sa pa for your own.

Staff are wonderful and can help you with anything! Lovely cafe with delicious food and views. Beds are very comfy and clean, with a view as well. Only thing lacking for me is the security.

Not great for solo travellers as only 1 other guest. Staff spoke very little English but did try their best to answer my questions. The bedroom door didn't lock which concerned me as I was meant to be in an all female dorm, however lockers were available. I was quite disappointed with this stay as no information regarding local activities was available. I imagine the view would have been amazing had the fog not been so bad!!! Breakfast was lovely.
