We have recently just improved our services, creating a more sustainable eco-conscious hostel.
Private rooms with no more than two persons. Aligning our service with our values of self-care and hygiene.
Guests can relax and enjoy the laid back vibe that makes Dreamtime truly unique and one of a kind.
Additional Features:
All rooms are fan cooled
Fresh bed linen provided.
Shared bathroom facilities, cleaned daily
Free 24 hour WiFi in public areas
2 fully equipped kitchens, cleaned daily
Laundry facilities are available.
Air-conditioning in rooms is available for an additional cost of only $1 for 3 hours.
Free luggage storage is provided while on tours. All tours can be booked here.
Located opposite the Railway Station, we are only a short 15 minute walk to the beautiful esplanade, swimming lagoon and the reef departures.
Coles supermarket is across the road, only a short walk away.
Next door you'll find a fantastic coffee shop.
We pride ourselves on our local knowledge, giving you up-to-date information. Free tour booking service on all activities.

The place could be really nice. It was just incredible load. We were woken up early by the upstairs patio. And after the road noise kept us up together with the staff cleaning the kitchen which was right next to us. The place seems really nice and if it was quiet it would have been a fantastic stay. But being woken and kept awake for hours really didn't help.

Perfect location right across the street from the bus/train station, there was also free parking just outside. Staff was very friendly when we arrived. Didn’t get to use the common areas much but looked comfy and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend more.

Loved my stay here. Very relaxed, friendly with a cool boho vibe. Great outside space, shady & well equipped. Very friendly & helpful staff. Would have stayed longer if I could.
I’d defo stay here again if I was local. Easy 15 min walk into the heart of the town with loads to do & see en route.
Thanks guys, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
