Great hospitality, good location and best price for Basel! Helped me to change my room to female dormitory, helped me to touristic places and magnificient Basel Card! Thanks for everything!

Very nice hostel. 5 minute walk from the sbb station so very easy to get there, and to take trams/buses from there. A free Basel pass was included meaning public transport was free and discounts on museums.

Hostel is very well located and clean however we tried to resolve an issue but the staff (Alex) was really unhelpful and rude. We couldn't manage to speak with someone else after we had a problem and we couldn't solve it with Alex. The manager wasn't available.
