Pros - location was epic,pool was amazing,set up with the bar and chill out area.
Cons - staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, food was expensive, black mould on the walls in our room, owner had his children running around the bar watching kids television was a bit weird.
Not hostel related but be careful tubing down the river our guide steered us into a river tree and we got stuck underwater and thrown around with a strong rapid

Overall a nice experience! Location is amazing (directly in the jungle) just 10 min walk to semuc champey. The new tab system for paying was very comfortable and worked super nice! Staff is quite new so sometimes you have to be a bit patient but they’re learning and give always their best to make you happy!

Lovely location, easy to walk to the park/pools.
Nice pool and scenery.
They do play ridiculously loud music majority of the day, personally music shouldn’t be played till after like 8/9am but they had it on at like 6am - which is fine if the hostel dorm had proper walls, the 18 bed dorm is above the bar with no proper wall so it’s very loud - and music was played very loud and late (even tho they say it stops at 11)
Loved the movie night!!!
Would also be nice to have a little kitchen area, even a kettle to
