Avenue hostel boasts a fully equipped main kitchen, communal and private bathrooms, unique design, dormitory rooms with lockers, privacy curtains, reading lamps, and power points in your sleeping pod.
Cleverly designed communal areas make it easy to relax, get to know follow travellers, or even work. No curfew for those who like to party, and quiet hours for those who like to sleep, 24 hour reception, free Wi Fi, free lockers, are but a few of the services on offer.

We pride ourselves on the unique and cosy atmosphere we have created. At Avenue hostel we have put a lot of thought into what you need as a traveller: comfort, amenities, relaxation, and security.

It doesn't matter what kind of traveler you are, our facilities and expertise are all geared to cater to your needs and we aim to make sure that your stay in Budapest whether it's long or short will be the best experience you could hope for.

We have rooms for every budget, from comfortable and spacious 12 bed dorms to private 4 bed dorms. We also provide great deals and offers for our guests ranging from VIP spa tickets, to Yoga classes, pub crawls and so much more.

The property is right in the heart of the city so it is easily accessible with various forms of public transport including metro, tram or bus.

*** Please note that our rooms have different categories. If you book a budget basic room, there won't be curtains on the beds and the rooms will be basically equipped. Cleanliness and comfort will be the same and you will be always welcome in our brand new common / bar area ***

Cancellation Policy:
Standard bookings: you can cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or no show the property is entitled to charge the full amount of your booking.

Non-refundable bookings: property can charge the outstanding amount at any time after the booking has been made. In case the property cannot charge the used card, e.g. due to insufficient funds, property will ask you to provide valid card details within 24 hours. If you don'tt provide them, property is entitled to cancel your reservation. All payments are non-refundable.

Check in time is from 2 pm.
All early arrival guest are welcome. For your bags we provide limited number of lockers (for free) until your check in.

Check out is until 11 am.
Guests have to remove all belongings from the room, however you can store your luggage until 8 pm in the lockers on the 1st floor if there are any available.

Method of Payment: credit cards accepted. (VISA, VISA electron, EC/MC)

€5 Cash Deposit is required at the check-in for the key card.

Free breakfast is included in the given rates.
4% local tax isn't included and has to be paid on arrival.

No minimum stay required.

Age restriction: the minors under 18 years must travel with the identity card or the passport or the student card.
We do not accept children under 6 years of age in our dormitories.
