Reservations are accepted for people of 18~55 years old. Its an apartment, we do not have 24 hours service and there is no elevator to go to the upper floor so its very difficult for older people. That's why we accept guest only between 18 to 55.
The City of Venice enforced a new tourist tax for visitors staying overnight, starting from August 24th 2011.
* City Tax not included- local tourist tax to be paid locally - 4,00 EUR per person per night.
* Cancellation Policy : 72 hours before your arrival by e-mail.

We had a very good stay at Venice Rainbow Apartments. The location is very close to San Marco Square and great restaurants and shopping nearby. It was quiet and clean enough....if you want a 5 star hotel, this is probably not your place, but if you want a secure, economical place to stay the location couldn't be better! The staff was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We would defiantly stay here again.

Hostel in an old building with a lot of character, great location. Everything was pretty clean, a bit weird that you have to pay extra for sheets (which, if put on the mattress prior to arrival would hide the unsightly stains/dirt of the mattress). The bathroom situation could be a little troublesome since the shower and toilet are in the same room and there is not a single toilet available in the case someone is taking a long shower, but it really wasn’t an issue. The owner was super nice
