Golondrinas Hostel offers comfortable private and shared rooms, a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own breakfast (kitchen is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 am), a pleasant outdoor place to have breakfast and a refreshing swimming pool with a chill out area.
You will enjoy a real home atmosphere with helpful stuff. Our aim is to provide a very clean, quiet and calm place to rest and relax, while exploring the city.
We also offer jungle tours and expeditions to the heart of the Amazon rainforest. We provide accommodation in our jungle lodge 260 km away from Iquitos, adventurous trekking and canoeing. Observe and enjoy the Amazon wildlife with our professional native guides.

Rosa and Elber were very welcoming, friendly and nice. The hostel is very familiar and it’s a great choice for the price. The swimming pool is a plus.

I liked this property! I stayed at the dorms and was the only one there so it felt like a private. The male staff was always nice and helpful but the older woman (I think her name is Rosa) was rude and mean for no reason. The place is clean however I didn’t meet any people there. It is around 8 blocks from the main plaza and the walk wasn’t too bad.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stah here. The staff were wonderful and the room private and secure. There was a fan (essential in the Amazon!) and, best of all, a beautifully clean pool that was a joy to swim
In. While its location is not that central this was inconsequential because for the standard price of 3 Peruvian Soles (AUD $1.15) you can catch a Tuk Tuk into and town. There was never a problem quickly getting a ride. The property has excellent security and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere
