this is the worst hostel I have ever stayed. I always stay in hostel because they wre the cheapest option but this one sucked. To start, the member of the staff that was working when I arrived was extremely rude. He was late to work and ignored me for 10 minutes until he realized that I was there for check in and opened the window. the kitchen is awful and there’s one bathroom for everyone in the first floor. There aren’t lockers or anything to keep bags safe and the beds are uncomfortable.

Mattresses were awful and bunk beds cramped. Location extremely noisy street all night. Most unacceptable was the desk staff. I had to check out after one night of a 6 night reservation - paid in full at the check in desk when I arrived. The desk person said there was no refund because I made my booking on-line thru hostel world. There is a policy printed at reception stating a refund policy with 1/2 of next day forfeiture. I emailed hostel world and received no response. Bad experienc

Arrived later than expected due to train delay. Called the hostel about the delay and was assured that it will be no problem. When I arrived everything was closed and I had to wait 2 hrs until someone showed up and let me in. Reception staff was always glued to his cellphone and asking a question felt like a disturbance of what he was doing
