If you're a Bohemian traveller, you've found your Bohemian hostel. Drop off your bags and relax in Boho; a hostel which is ideal for backpackers & solo travellers due to its genuine social atmosphere and backpacker vibe.
Located in a lovely Villa & Garden, Boho offers the perfect escape from the city's main busy central strip, while still being only ten minutes away on foot from it.
Blessed with a large garden and courtyard, and that ever-constant Maltese sunshine, Boho is simply a pleasure to wake up in and a lovely home-away-from-home to retreat to. What's more, it's a great base to meet other travellers to explore the island with.
Being backpackers ourselves we know what you're after when you're staying in hostels, and being locals we know where the good stuff really is!

CHECK IN: 24 hours. However, front desk assistance is open daily from 8:00-12:00 & 19:00-00:00 (midnight), so it's important to always email the hostel with your arrival time, especially if you're coming in between check in hours (afternoon), or landing late, so they'll email you with the Code to the Key Box at the gate.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations and No-shows, will be charged 100% of their stay.
The property may pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
Cards are accepted only when a guest books a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Email the hostel with flight number and landing time for a 20€ airport taxi request.
The hostel doesn't cater to groups larger than four guests. Groups of 4 or more guests will also be contacted for a deposit
Booking of 10 days or over, will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 30% (with the exception of cancelled flights or covid-related issues)
Please tote this hostel will be in touch to confirm that you have read their House Rules and that you reply to confirm. Failure to confirm this might result in cancellation.

This hostel is a haven for solo travelers! With intentional design choices like no curtains or individual night lamps in dorm rooms, it encourages social interaction. The common area is fantastic, offering games and a serene garden. Nesta, the manager, is always there to assist. The lack of air conditioning and the need for a gate key before 7 pm are minor inconveniences. A 15-minute walk to the center adds charm. people (mostly around the age of 30) werevery friendly. can't wait to come back!

A great hideaway from the hustle and business of St. Julian's/Sliema. Gorgeous, tranquil property with a garden, hammocks, and more. A great place to relax at an awesome price point. I sadly wasn't able to engage in an activity while I was there - there was 1 out of the 3 nights I was there (Fri-Sun), but I couldn't attend. People were nice and happy to give recs but somewhat kept to themselves; I think if I had stayed longer I would have made some friendships. Would return for an extended stay.

Nice and affordable hostel. 20mn away from Balluta bay. It feels like home.
