Our stay at the hostel was disappointing. Despite the high cost, amenities like towels and soap were not provided (3 Euros for a towel rental). The lack of daytime heating in negative temperatures made it uncomfortable (heating gets turned on at 7PM).The pervasive smell of smoking was unpleasant, and the staff were unfriendly. The hostel appeared rundown and was notably dirty, with unchanged and dirty sheets (microfiber and have seen better days)adding to the overall dissatisfaction.

Unfortunately the hostel is performing well below expected. Staff are not helpful, WIFI doesn't work well, bathrooms are dirty and smell like urine and bedrooms stink, the sheets on beds aren't clean
