The owners welcome you with juice and biscuits, they have a private parking lot, which is very important in Dubrovnik. You feel welcome because they are kind and friendly.
The room has a beautiful view of the sea and the islands and is only 15 minutes from the old town.

Quite nice place, location is decent about 20-25 minutes walk to the old town. The hosts don't speak great English but are very nice. Not a very social place but it's clean and quiet.

I booked this place because was a 25 min walk from the old town but I regretted it the moment I entered. The Villa is run buy a family and they have never cleaned the place. The bathroom have loads of mould and they smell so bad. I was afraid to touch anything. The kitchen was terrible and almost afraid to use it. Rs down in the terrace in a place where the have out all the stuff that’s they don’t need but don’t want to throw away. The cookies the lady gives are supermarket biscuits so don’t get excited abo
