Good value for money. The bathrooms were very clean. Beds comfortable. The staff were amazing. They didn’t speak any English but were very polite and helpful and we used Google translate to communicate. I accidentally left my shoes at this hostel and they sent them on a bus to Hanoi the same day I contacted them. They were very helpful. Recommend

The property was fine although we didn’t get the private room that we ordered but instead a 20 person dorm. Although this was far from what we had booked it was not possible to get any refund.
There was a lot of noise in the night from the street and the workers in the reception, and the staff would randomly screaming up the stairs.
The beds and toilets was fine.

Cheap, basic hostel. It’s well situated, just off the main road and close to Moana Sapa, shops & restaurants.
En-suite room with no lockers. Does have CCTV in the room. No loo roll or bin in the bathroom but there was one outside.
Offered laundry service but my clothes came back a bit damp. Staff were friendly, one spoke English and one I Google Translated with.
No communal areas, just dorm and bathroom. It was okay but I’d pay a bit more for something else if I stayed again.
