About Pre-authorization
Upon the booking is made, the reservation system would initiate a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.( In some cases, your statement would show amount being deducted, which is in fact the pre-authorised amount ).
The Hostel would collect payment from you only upon your arrival, as per the terms and conditions from your respective online travel agency.
However, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card or debit card used for the reservation failed the said pre-authorization process.
Should you decide to cancel the reservation, the temporarily hold amount would be reflected on your statement up-to 14 days from the cancellation date.
Check in from 15:00 to 22:00.
Check out before 12:00 noon.
Late check-in available upon request
No curfew.

The facilities were good and the staff were friendly. It was very clean. Unfortuantely, the location wasnt great. There were trains but you couldnt walk out and do something (except for the mall). You could also hear the treain very loudly from the room.I felt unsafe as the access to the mall was through a car park which felt a bit sketchy. I also had some very dodgy experiences in the lifts with men so I would not reccomend to single women. I felt quite scared in the evening.

Really recommend this hostel i was in a 4 bed room and had the best view of the petrona towers from my bed, there was AC and in the upper floors you have a pool, free filtered water, a massage chair, amazing balcony with the best view, where they also had a kind of mingle night so you meet other travelers while looking at the most stuning view of KL. I also liked the location its next to the putra station( it brings you directly yo batu caves) and another station to KL towers i mean i loved it.
