Well we had a really nice experience in Bangkok and Niras was a good part of it. Place, decoration and staff are really cool. But we had an undiscovered smell in the room and that smell lasted for 4 days :/ Also staff helped us for all the details about the city but they never told us about the real prices :) so i definetly recommend this place but there are things you need to know before you go.

The hostel is so cute but the bed is unbearable. I stayed 3 nights and woke up multiple times each night from how uncomfortable I was :(

We have a really distinct style in the hostel that is shown in our building which is over 100 years old. It\'s been well preserved since 1869 and while the charm from the past has been maintained, renovations mean that it has fully modern facilities.
We also have the best gourmet coffee shop in Bangkok! Come and try our winning Thai roasted coffee or our special recipe of Thai milk tea. It\'s delicious.
Many of our guests are travelers seeking to see culture and the local surroundings. From our hostel, you can easily get to all the main sites in Bangkok. There are beautiful temples and museums in our neighbourhood such as the Grand Palace, the Golden Mount, Wat Po, Wat Suthat, and much more! We are just a 15 minute walk from Khaosan Road. I like to think that we\'re in the middle of a \'cultural theme park\' where guests can simply walk to all the sites and enjoy them as if they were in a theme park. Aside from the sites, we\'re surrounded by unique shops, markets, and restaurants with their own recipes. I really recommend \'Thipsamai\' for Pad Thai! We also advise guests to use the canal boats as public transport, as it's cheap fast and fun.
