Our spacious flat is located in one of the busiest and most visited places in the city for locals and tourists.
Our house is located in Galiano street, one of the busiest and most popular avenues of the city. Our house is an ideal place for families, groups of friends, business people or any traveller who wants to pass through our city and wants to know how we live.

We offer a private and secure room for our guests in a private house.

The room has AC, a double bed, private bathroom, hot and cold water, television, refrigerator, fan and safe. The bed is very comfortable for a good rest. You don't need adapters for mobile phones, laptop, or other equipment, because the sockets are universal.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14.00 to 23.00

Check out before 12.00 (If you arrive early or late I am happy to accommodate you. If the room is not ready, you can check in, leave your bags and enjoy the city until check-in time. )

the house Extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains can be applied. Do not eat nor take food inside the bedroom. Anytime you go out please, remember to turn off the A/C and lights. If guests are suspected for carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the propriety immediately. Please treat the home with respect so that my family continue to enjoy renting. Guests can't bring outside guests unless on the Airbnb reservation. No loud music after 9 pm or noises.
