The apartment I stayed in was very spacious, elegant, and kept very clean, I loved the view of the city and beach from the balcony. The staff was good about attending to whatever needs I had. There was always hot water to shower with and the beds were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook any meal.

Al-Manara Hostel was not just a bed for me to sleep in, but a place for me to call home while I was Marsa Matrouh and Egypt. Every morning, I would wake up to the cool breeze and cerulean waters of the Mediterranean sea from my balcony. For breakfast, I would take a 5 minute stroll to buy hot and fresh Egyptian falafel for only 5 EGP (less than 0.25 USD) and drink traditional sweet Bedouin milk tea. In the afternoon, would take a 10 minute walk to the beach, where I swam in the Mediterranean Sea and sipped

The hostel is in a very good location. You can see the sea from the rooftop and also you can see the beautiful beach in 5 minutes on foot. Since the host speaks English well, there was no communication problem and I felt comfortable like my home during my stay. Everything was perfect and I'll definitely be back! 매우 친절한 호스트와 깨끗하게 잘 정리된 호스텔. 편안하게 머무를 수 있는 내 집 같은 곳! 다시 마트루에 온다면 꼭 다시 돌아올 것이다 :)
