Unbelievably helpful staff / owners. They could not do enough to help you and are always there in times of need. During the strikes I have watched them give advice / arrange onward travel / settle nervous customers / generally be there for people in need. The hostel is in a great location, offers many local trips and the accommodation is in great condition. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The greatest thing about this hostel is its staff. They are super friendly and helped us when we got sick, and also stored our luggage for the tour Titicaca lake kayaking. Breakfast was good and included, free kitchen, free hot drinks

Good hostel with welcoming hosts and central location, nice common areas to meet travellers. Delicious breakfast with pancakes, wonderful stay, good break fast, hot shower, fast wifi, travel desk a good price. The KAYAK tour It is the best experience rowing in the highest lake in the world, was fun and beautiful memories
