- Standard rate: Free cancellations up to 5 days before the day of arrival. Cancellations with a cost of 50% of the total of your reservation if you cancel from 4 to 1 day before arrival. Cancellations with a cost of 100% of the total cost of the reservation if you cancel the same day of arrival, or do not show up.
- Non-refundable rate: cancellations with 100% of the total cost of the reservation if you cancel after making your reservation.

Check in from 3:00 p.m. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., you can check in through our automatic kiosk using your Planeta Cdiz Hostel reservation code. Contact the property to obtain it and have access to the code for the main door.
