Arrived early and staff kindly let us use a spare dorm to nap and shower. When we checked in formally in the afternoon, our room was not very clean and there were stains on bedsheets and towels. There was mould on the corners of the walls. However, when we told reception staff, they rectified this, offered a spare room and changed sheets and towels.
Hostel was very quiet, not many people there, but this didn't bother us.
Overall a few small changes away from a really nice budget hostel :)

room walls are thin , you can hear people talking from the corridor, but not too bad. Staff was great! He showed me where i could go around sapa, got me a taxi, he was excellent!

24/7 reception is really useful in Sapa, staff helped us book taxis and move rooms. Was a lot of noise from the front road and guys doing construction and the back had a barking dog. Apart from that nice place
