Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival.
In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 20:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes not included (10% ITBMS).
Breakfast included.
General:
Reception 06:00 - 20:00.
No curfew.
Children are only allowed to stay with parents/ legal guardian in Private room.
Smoking is Not allowed in rooms; but we have a designated smoking area.

Made me wait three hours to check in. Terrible experience. Did wake up early to call a cab for me though.

A chill spot....was only a few folks there so felt like I had the place to myself. Good breakfast and nice kitchen. Would stay again. Muchas gracias to Nelson!

Good value for money. Nice staff which however does not speak much English (but communication via Google Translate works fine). We stayed here twice, the experience differed a bit depending on the room you get. The first one was next to the reception and therefore quite noisy, the second one was more secluded and quiet. We can overall recommend the place for staying in the city, the breakfast and possibility to store luggage were an added benefit.
