The guy at the reception is cool, but he can't do much because there are managers that aren't there.
The reception didn't open until about 2h later.
Cockroaches, dirty, fully unsecure.
Bed was currently used when we arrived, the 'emergency phone' told us to 'deal with it, because it should have been assigned to us' - ended up sleeping in a hotel. The higher-up management ended up giving us a partial return that covered for nothing, in cash (we paid with CC), and we lost website fees, and tax
