It is a small and cute hostel, sadly we had a couple of cockroaches and a mouse in our room and stuff.

positives: cozy common area, nice and helpful staff. Negatives: really poor condition on the dorm i stayed in: the smell was awful and some of the walls seemed to have rot in them. Place felt unclean. Also nothing that prevented bugs from entering through the windows.

This is a very dirty and unfinished hostel - the rooms have no natural light, the bathrooms don’t have sinks in them and the staff are unfriendly. I’ve stayed at 3 hostels in Montezuma and this is the worst. I would recommend arriving and booking a hostel/hotel on the arrival day as most accommodations are not on HostelWorld.
