- Check-out is 10:00am
- A valid passport is required at check-in

We have recently just improved our services, creating a more sustainable eco-conscious hostel.
Private rooms with no more than two persons. Aligning our service with our values of self-care and hygiene.
Guests can relax and enjoy the laid back vibe that makes Dreamtime truly unique and one of a kind.
Additional Features:
All rooms are fan cooled
Fresh bed linen provided.
Shared bathroom facilities, cleaned daily
Free 24 hour WiFi in public areas
2 fully equipped kitchens, cleaned daily
Laundry facilities are available.
Air-conditioning in rooms is available for an additional cost of only $1 for 3 hours.
Free luggage storage is provided while on tours. All tours can be booked here.
Located opposite the Railway Station, we are only a short 15 minute walk to the beautiful esplanade, swimming lagoon and the reef departures.
Coles supermarket is across the road, only a short walk away.
Next door you'll find a fantastic coffee shop.
We pride ourselves on our local knowledge, giving you up-to-date information. Free tour booking service on all activities.

The bestest hostel I’ve ever stayed, and I can tell I’ve stayed in many. Immediately when I arrived I felt like coming home. The decoration and vibe on the hostel is so beautiful and cute also two kitchen, multiple bathrooms made the spacious hostel area so functional. So much space to just relax and enjoy. Everything is close (shops, centrum, harbour, ocean). Also the owners were just amazing, super helpful, flexible and kind. Will definetely come again. Big thank you from me!

Dreamtime was perfect! The entire hostel is cozy and with tons of common space and multiple kitchens , it’s very easy to feel at home. The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was awesome for someone who prefers quieter, more relaxed hostels. It was a great little oasis in the city! I never had any issues with cleanliness and the entire place is well stocked and well kept

Lovely owner and manager, both very happy to help with tours etc. we had a private room and the bed was comfy, clean property and good kitchen facilities.
