Best hostel ive stayed in. everything is so organised and clean, the staff are helpful and lovely. bedrooms are clean. our hot water tap broke and and they got a plumber our immediately... would highly recommend 👌

The guy from the reception came into our room without knocking. He yells and gets angry about the mess in our room. The mess came from the guests before, because in billa bong not much value is placed on cleaning after check out. So the man took a bag and threw all the things from the floor into the trash. He was screaming all the time. He also took my GLASSES(??!!!) and put it in the trash wtf ? A old man with a glasses maybe the boss of the hostel

Dont Use hostel world to book. They will take you booking fee and the rooms/bed wont be available when you reach the hostel. They wont refund you deposite though it is less $$
