When I arrived the room that I booked was already taken and they didn't give any explanation about it. I was very tired from the flight and was looking forward to be in a quite room to be able to sleep straight way. That was meant to be the mountain view room. However they put me in the ocean front which was in front of the swimming pool and besides the bar which was very noisy and loud music. Plus there is a street right in the front the room door. Rule of 9pm quiet time not respected.

We absolutely loved staying here. They told us we were getting a "mountain view room" and we ended up in the last unit with a gorgeous view of the mountain, the gazebo, and the ocean. The only big complaint we had was there was no help getting us around the island. You need to book your excursions through them the day before, so our first full day there we ended up stuck at the resort for the whole day. The only excursions they have are full day trips to other islands too so we didn't do much.
