Anker Hostel offers spacious rooms and accommodation suitable for all age groups in a relaxed and international atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with kitchen and bathroom. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms and in our fantastic public areas, including library (Mezzanine), lobby, lounge area and bar.
One set of bedlinen/towels are included in the price. Additional sets can be rented in the reception for NOK 70.

10 mins walking to central station and city terminal, there are several markets, bars and cafes around, buses and trams just front of the hostel. Reception is open all day and staffs are very kind. Rooms are clean, have own wc and dusch , mini refrig. and kitchen, there are oven but no dishes trays etc. You can get from reception I think. Doors are secure open by card, beds are big and comfortable enough. Have a nice trip.

First of all, there are not enough plugs for backpackers to charge their phones in the dormitories. In an 8 beds room, there were only 3 plugs. Also, even though we pay more that we should have to a proper hostel, they also force us to rent bed linen and towels which also cost a lot, in my opinion. The only good thing about this hostel is its location and maybe cleanliness, other than that I definitely could not enjoy my stay.

Def one of the best hostel experiences I had.
I stayed in the single room, so not sure about the cleanliness of the shared rooms but my room was very nice and clean. The location is great, very close to the central station! Highly recommended 🌼
